The Thunder will face Bridge Sports in the UPSL DMV North Premier Semifinal, with kickoff set for 3:00 PM at the Maryland SoccerPlex.

DC Hyper enters the playoffs after a strong group-stage campaign, with 7 wins, 2 draws, and just 1 defeat, securing the #1 seed and home advantage throughout the postseason. Now, it’s win or go home — and the path to the regional title begins against a familiar rival.

Bridge Sports arrives in the semifinal after defeating Chiefs United in the quarterfinal, showing resilience and experience in playoff scenarios. Known for their direct style and physical intensity, they present a real challenge in a high-stakes setting.

Head Coach Sergio Caetano will have his full squad available for the first time in weeks, including key players like João Baesso, Jiovanny Mora, Hassan ElSayed, Lucas Tavares, and David Garcia, all of whom played pivotal roles during the regular season.
